Ceviche

Recipe
13 to 15 red tomatoes
4 jalapeños
4 cucumbers
1/2 of an onion
1 whole cilantro
2lb of shrimp
5 limes
Ketchup
Tapatío (hot sauce)
Salt
2 bags of Guerro tostadas

1. Put a pot if water to boil . As you're waiting, peel and devain the shrimp if needed.

2. Dice yo all the vegetables and mix them in all together in a bowl.

3. Once the water is boiling, add the shrimp. Once they're full cook, put them in s colander. Cut them into 3 pieces.  If they're small 2 pieces then. Then add them to the bowl with the vegetables.

4. Add alot  of ketchup ,some salt and the limes.

5. Add some Tapatío. You can as much as you want depending on how spicy you want it.

6. Then serve it on a tostadas
